Constantine, Jason's tormentor, utilizes his enhanced foot speed to engage the heroes of Juramentum before anyone else can reach them. However, after they spy a lock of Jason's hair woven into the barbarian's armor, they greet him with unfettered fury. Titus calls upon the power within himself, channeled by the legendary blade Concord that he now wields. Dealing Constantine a horrendous blow. Nishly delivers the coup de grace, using her own enchanted weapon to drain the brute's life force. This leaves Constantine, killer of so many himself, a desiccated husk. Despite their best efforts, the Fellowship is pushed back into the now mundane cathedral, perhaps invited in with the last of its magics as the doors appear to go ajar by themselves. Inside, they're greeted by five archers sent around by Borolas in an attempt to flank the party. The Fellowship swiftly downs two of them as Grip deflects all incoming fire with his draconic mana bending. And Wace's aim continues to prove deadly. As the bulk of Borolas's men at last reach the cathedral steps. The Mad Patrician himself is nowhere to be seen. And welcome, friends. You have once more found yourself at Darkeport. You have also once more found yourself in the midst of chaotic combat, and you are truly standing for the entire session.
