A venomous creature studied by Merick. Its properties were used to construct the Dagger of Venom for Weisa. Merick 'studied Ncera as a creature, because that's what you do — you try to be as thorough as possible.' The Ncera's venom was adapted for Weisa's envenomed arrow technique. [EP07, EP24]
