Titus — GGR3-03 Journal
I stand up and I slowly start to pan the crowd.
Episode: GGR3-03: The Law, The Truth, The Pain Between
I stand up and I slowly start to pan the crowd. The betrayed are the unseen. I see you now. Look at my face. Look in my eyes. All of you. You know they're coming for us. They always have and they always will. But what can a man do against a mountain or wind? For we is as natural as stone. All of you. If you've ever wanted courage or bravery, you will meet it. Because you have morality and grace. You have what makes you free. You have what has always made you free. And any God will give you that option. For grace. They will give you the opportunity for courage. And it will be next to me. All of you know. Every part of it. You know. For I have always not shied from my purpose. But it has been chosen to me from my blood, from my name, from Taweia. But now I see it from my own for the first time. Like that of a mother or father looking at their child, feeling love and purpose for what it is to be what they are. For I am that for you. All I will ever be is for you. This house behind me, this keep, it is the people's house. It is that what I call dear, which is all of you. The mountain does not bend. We aren't broken, unyielding when we are together. I'm asking this of you. I'm not declaring. You are declaring for me to lead you. We have our purpose. We have what is right. All gods welcome on my shores. For they are yours. This land is yours. All of it has always been yours. I ask you for the power to lead you. For the belief, for the faith, for morality, for what is right. For those who will fight with me, I salute you. And for those who will die with me, I salute you twice. I, Titus Metellus Glabio Vaughn, swear to you that I will be you. I will be your brother, I will be your kin. I am a Bellator. Saintess, but I am yours first. I am all of yours first. Do you swear to me that we will do what is right?
