Episode: EP3: Memoria

It's a wild feeling, tapping into the eternal river. It's not what I expected to see. It's almost tangible. Without the sight, you wouldn't be able to experience it or see it for what it is. I can produce lux light in an instant through my fingers. But this. This is so much more mana than I can even comprehend. I've been taking my time conceptualizing this existence within our world and trying to understand its intricacies. That my body is physically sore. The way it flows through every facet, every tapestry of time and being. I'm in awe of what Figulus has shown me. I plan to utilize it in any way I can to help understand the mathematics and energy to build a better world. The Utini massacred so many the last few days at Pulex. To experience the aftermath and see the despair of these people and the complete and utter chaos and disregard of the leaders. Seeing life outside of Juramentum is unsettling. It makes my skin crawl to see the lack of protection and decency. The only one I saw with any leadership was Marcus, who never failed to hold my attention. He doesn't realize what he holds in his hands. Hell, but I don't either. But I've never known that sort of power. And I need to talk to him more about what happened to that child. It's curious and fantastic. I'm glad him and his people are coming with us and are safe for now. And I hope they feel safe. I hope they can call Juramentum home. As a last thought, the man with the gray eyes. Adrian. I know him. The dreams of my childhood are not forgotten that quickly. I am both scared and intrigued of what's to come.
